We hate saying that as much as you hate hearing it! However, currently in London demand way out-strips supply especially concerning small properties.
We have tried to solve this with our email update system:
Send an email, stating your price range, to: sales@sternstudios.co.uk
and the moment we take on a new flat within your price range, you will get the full details including a floor plan and importantly, the time of the first viewing (usually three to four days after the email)!
This means you will be among the first to hear of new flats,
and hence have an equal chance to see our new flats on their first viewing.
